"Originally very responsive. After the application and passed off to other associates, only Libby provided good service. Tanner receives only a fair rating. Not responsive. It seems the "loose" ends prior to closing were "left to the last minute" making your sense of urgency - my urgency. I believe this could have been avoided I did not like the video emails - very impersonable. If your time is too important to send a personal message about my loan process, you can be assured that my time is equally as important. Difficulty with E-signing due to input of wrong email address was not quickly resolved and happened more than once. "
