"The end results were great, but the process, especially initially, was frustrating. I didn't feel like Brian was listening to me, he was making assumptions, he was rushing and it felt pushy, and he either didn't pay attention or didn't care about the times I said I was not available to speak and continued to reach out during those times and press. Also, I understand a team of people is needed to accomplish everything, including the law office, but there were so many people involved who sent multiple emails on top of each other all asking for different things (some of which changed when I selected a different mortgage after Brian assumed I wanted another, some of which didn't). It would be great if this was more streamlined and/or centralized so everything didn't come piecemeal from so many people."

"Brian and his team were great - very responsive via email and phone. I always received the information I needed quickly, which I appreciated. A couple of times there seemed to be some confusion - and perhaps a communication breakdown - between Brian and his team members, as the employer discount on closing costs that Brian and I had discussed was not reflected in the original loan estimate sent to me (I had to point it out) and there was some back and forth needed on a TCA before it accurately reflected my proposed down payment/closing costs. If I hadn't been diligent in checking all of these numbers, I might have used (and even signed) documents with inaccurate information, which made me nervous."

"The rate that Brian/Mortgage Network provided was the lowest of a few quotes we got and that is why we chose them. However, the process was long, disorganized and far more complicated than it needs to be. This took more than three months to complete and the document requests were the most extensive I have ever seen. By comparison, I am refinancing another mortgage with a different company right now and we will be clear to close within 30 days from the start and the process has been very straightforward. Brian is hardly involved at all and while his team is nice, there are too many people and too many mistakes and miscommunications involved. They came highly recommended and mentioned to me many times how busy they were, so perhaps taking on a few less clients would have resulted in a better experience for us. "
