About Benjamin Gordon
I grew up in suburban Detroit and attended Kalamazoo College where I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business Administration. In 1990 I completed a Master of Science degree in Accountancy from DePaul University and made my home in Chicago where I worked in public accounting, consulting and private industry finance. I have 20 years of experience in corporate finance working for Federal Signal Corporation, Sprint and Dell. In the Spring of 2000 I made the decision to leave the world of corporate finance and became a residential mortgage lender in Austin, Texas. I have three fabulous daughters whom I adore. We enjoy spending time riding our bikes, going to parks and enjoying all that Austin has to offer. In my spare time I like running, functional fitness, playing with my three dogs, reading and seeing movies at Alamo Drafthouse. I think true happiness comes from serving others and that we get what we give.
