"Made promises and guarantees that First Mortgage could provide a better level of service than my own bank but in the end, Tony could not follow through with the promises and guarantees. I put my trust him so I�m highly disappointed. If I had gone with my own bank, I would have paid less to lock in an interest rate and would have gotten a lower interest rate. Due to First Mortgage�s inability to match interest, it will cost me more money in interest and lock in fee over the life time of the loan. I would not use First Mortgage again or recommend them to others. Tony called to tell me how great First Mortgage is and defend their efforts but I would have preferred that he just said they screwed up and this is how we are going to fix it. Understand I�m just one person to respond to this survey and no action will take place but highly disappointed with this experience. Buying a house is an exciting time but First Mortgage and Tony�s efforts put a damper on the experience. "
