"It was difficult to navigate the 203k process with a lender and agent that had never done one of these loans before. The seller was not always helpful in getting us the information we needed or telling us what we needed. For instance, the selling agent was never able to get the utilities turned on so we could have an inspection performed. We had issues like a missing grounding wire and a vandalism report had to be filed. Overall, without Annette and Carol's persistence we would have never been able to get through this process."
