"This was my second time using First Home Mortgage and the second time was the opposite of my first experience. The process of closing did not run smooth, for example, last minute changes to the closing date due to powers outside of my control, first mortgage team did not follow through with their comment to provide me updated closing information prior to the actual closing, not being told of increases to appraisal costs until the pen is in my hand, and the first home team provide us the wrong amount of money to bring to closing. Hearing that it is busy times in refinancing doesn't invoke much empathy considering that we are all professionals and delivering for the client is what I'm paying first home mortgage for. "
