"They got it done but I will not be one of those people touting how easy and stress free my mortgage company made the process. NOT returning calls or emails to answer questions I had. Giving little to no instruction or guidance to the multitude of documents required. Asking for things to be filled out again and again without any explanation. Leaving out things, costing me money and time in the long run. The only initiative they took to "help" me was after closing they had my insurance coverage increased without my knowledge and only notified me to say I would need to pay that bill. Andrew was unprofessional and would avoid interacting with me. Most of my questions were passed off to other people and he would not respond to me directly. When I spoke to the branch manager to ask why things were handled in such a way with my loan process his response was that "I still got a good deal". "
