"My overall experience with Mortgage Network Inc. was great to say the absolute least. My wife and I chose MNI through networking and nothing more. Initially I was very reluctant to working with Amanda for no other reason than I do not trust the banking industry as a whole. So after a few meetings with Mrs. Burke I become aware that I was beginning to develop a trust for her. I could not find anything unscrupulous about her motives. She was quite personable, honest and timely. As progress was being made more and more emails were sent to us about the overall status of our application and needed documentation. I became very trusting of her and looked forward to our conversations. So fast forward, all of my concerns were laid to rest and through Amanda's efforts I felt totally confident that we were being dealt with in an honest straight forward manner. So frustrating when you think you're on track to keep things updated for a closing date and then you're missing a bunch of stuff. Also very long turn around for closing, I missed my initial date waiting for final approval. "

"Amanda was great when you could get in touch with her. She's very hard to reach and does not return calls in a timely manor. She did not care about me or my loan. It was obviously just a transaction to her. When I relayed this to the person that referred me to Amanda she asked her team of real estate agents if they had heard anything about Amanda and I could hear multiple people say similar things to which my agent confirmed. After a long frustrating process the loan was secured so I count that as a win but because of the communication I would not refer anyone to Mortgage Network. This was the third home I've purchased so I understand that it isn't a simple process but too many things were mishandled throughout my loan process. Amanda forgot things we had talked about because she didn't take them seriously enough. She didn't relay important information that could have saved me time and money and it felt as though I did more work than she did including fixing things she had mishandled. "
