"We are glad Ryan contacted us about a refinance, however, the entire process has been an exercise in overpromising and underdelivering. The refinance will help us out in the long-term, but there were several points at which it was represented to us that certain things would be possible in the short term, only to reach the end of the process and find out that they weren't. To top it off, after the refinance, we were improperly charged for the old, paid-off mortgage, and the money improperly debited from our account for this unnecessary payment has still not been returned."
